Among the objectives: flexibility, more streamlined processes, cost reduction of certification procedures, full transparency on the origin of extra virgin olive oil.

Certified Origins has invested in the blockchain, adopting the Oracle platform and using Oracle Orchestrator to record purchase orders, goods received, sales orders, shipments and customer invoices.
