Quality Growth

Sinfo One, in its commitment to the continuous improvement of its business and the opportunities it generates, has obtained two important official certifications that ensure the quality of its relationships with its two main stakeholders, both internal and external: clients and employees.

Clients

For clients, Sinfo One has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificationconcerning “the provision of training services, also eligible within the framework of the Transition 5.0 program.”
This will allow all clients who request it to attend courses with our consultants while benefiting from tax credits and grants dedicated to staff training.

Employees

In regulating its relationship with employees, the company has obtained the certification of measures adopted to ensure gender equality, in compliance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard. This initiative is aligned with the PNRR policies under Mission 5 “Inclusion and Cohesion” in the workplace and, more broadly, within the framework of the ESG activities pursued by the company.

Staff training

Our training courses with financial incentives

Sinfo One has thus achieved the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, IAF sector 37, regarding the provision of training services.

A true seal of quality for our work, but also a valuable opportunity for our clients within the scope of Transition 5.0, as it allows us to deliver training courses—already an integral part of our consulting services—that may benefit from tax credits and other funding programs.

In particular, clients will be able to recover the cost of staff participating in training sessions delivered by Sinfo One in this context.
